8.      SANITARY WARE/FITTINGS

The sanitary ware is of deluxe quality and the fittings are chrome plated (bath,W.C., wash basin up to £ 350.00.

9. FENCING

a.       The front boundary wall is in concrete and brickwork finished with a cement based finish and has two metal gates (1 m)

b.      Sides and rear fencing is made of metal post and metal diagonal net. Depending in the terrain, R.C. retaining walls may be constructed at certain parts.

 

10. PLUMBING/DRINAGE

a.       Cold water installation includes storage tank and the internal water pipes are made of copper or PVC pipes properly insulated. There are two external water taps in the garden connected directly to the town water supply. Pressure system will be used for hot and cold water supply.

b.      The pipes for the hot water installation are made of copper pipes and the system includes an electric boiler.

11. ELECTRIC INSTALLATION

It includes adequate number of lighting points and power points. There will be one power point for each bedroom, three for living room, four for kitchen and one for the garage. The TV points will include two in the sitting room and one in each of the bedrooms. There will be a door bell and cooker control and provision for Halogen lights. There will be provision for air condition units and four lighting points and fittings (spot lights) for the garden. Concrete base for the satellite dish and plastic conduit pipe to the house. Two telephone points at ground floor and one ate each room.

12. FINISHES

All the walls and ceilings internally will be painted with three coats of emulsion paint and the bathrooms and w.c. ceiling will be painted with three coats oil paint. The bathroom and  w.c. walls will be covered with ceramic tiles. All external wall will be painted with high quality external paint.

13. The Covered parking space will be of pitch roof with room with roof tiles according to the drawings.

14. LANDSCAPING

Landscaping (including planting of trees, flowers etc.) for each individual garden, value of plant £ 200.00. An area of 50 sq. m. will be fitted with ready made lawn and sprinkler system with Computer irrigation for one tab.
